Inuka Mentorship Programme

We are committed to enabling other women to grow and thrive, ensuring they do not face the hurdles women have historically encountered in the workplace. We envision a workplace that offers equal opportunities for growth to both women and men. Our group mentorship program embodies this belief system.

The KWIIN Inuka group mentorship programme is designed to provide “next generation” female leaders the opportunity to understand what it takes to get to senior and executive leadership roles.

Our program offers insights into the necessary culture for senior and executive leadership, providing experiential knowledge on strategies for effective leadership operations and life balance. It supports individuals during their transition into new leadership roles, helping them adapt culturally, organizationally, and professionally. Additionally, the program assists participants in gaining new skills to advance their careers.

The six-month programme will see participants guided, mentored, and supported by experienced leaders in the insurance industry.
